Limitation of Liability

Payment and Refunds

If applicable, payment terms for premium services or templates will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to RFP Warehouse immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
